Recruitment Process

Process

  • STEP01

    Document Screening

    We review applicants’ qualifications based on resume details, self-introduction, career background, academic major, certifications, portfolio, and relevance to the job opening.

  • STEP02

    First Interview (Team Leader)

    The team leader evaluates the applicant’s expertise, interpersonal skills, sociability, and work attitude.

  • STEP03

    Second Interview (Executives)

    Candidates who pass the first interview will be further evaluated on organizational fit, character, work capabilities, and technical skills.

  • STEP04

    Final Acceptance

    Final acceptance will be determined after confirmation of start date, health check, and salary negotiations.

*After joining: Orientation and OJT for new (or experienced) employees followed by departmental assignment
